Sales Policy
Health Warranty: 
I am very proud of the quality of all my chinchillas. I would never sell
a chinchilla that I thought to be sick or of poor health. I offer a seven
day replacement warranty of a chinchilla of the same value. Animals that
die within seven days will be replaced depending on the cause of death
determined by a veterinarian. I will make considerations for special
circumstances.
If you no longer want your chinchilla I will accept it back but I will not give
a refund.
NO cash refunds.
If there are any signs of neglect or abuse the warranty is considered void.
PLEASE contact us if anything happens and you need advice on what to do.
Deposits- I require a
nonrefundable deposit to hold any chinchilla. The deposit must be at
least 25% of the total amount of the chinchilla. Deposits can be sent via
paypal to the email address chinblossoms@gmail.com or by money order. If you terminate the sale of an
animal you will not receive the deposit back. If I terminate the sale of
an animal you will receive the deposit back. I will hold an animal for up
to two months after receiving the deposit. If no arrangements have been
made within one month of receiving the deposit the sale will be
terminated. I will make considerations for special circumstances.
Payment- I require the total amount of the chinchilla be paid for either
before or at the time of pickup. I do not accept personal
checks. You may make payments throughout the two month period.
Shipping- I do not ship any animals.
Other Information- Please do
not be offended if I ask you a lot of questions. I love all of my
chinchillas very much and want to make sure that they are going to a good home
with responsible owners. I reserve the right to refuse to sell a
chinchilla to anyone. Please do your research before purchasing a
chinchilla. Please email me with any questions you have about chinchillas!
